Refund Policy

At CyberStore, all products sold are digital goods (PlayStation game accounts, PS Plus subscriptions, PSN gift cards, and pre-orders). Because these items are delivered digitally and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final.

Refunds may only be issued in the following cases: the product was never delivered, or a delivered account/code is confirmed faulty and we are unable to provide a working replacement. To request a refund, contact us within 3 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

No refunds will be issued once an account has been logged into, a gift card code has been revealed or redeemed, or a subscription has been activated. Refunds are not provided for buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, or change of mind.
